The Practise of Meditation - workshop

The Practise of Meditation, will be a two hour in-person event that will serve as a practical workshop, as well as an information and guidance session.

What is the aim of the workshop?

To help connect you to your higher-self and expand your consciousness. This workshop will support you in the pursuit of calm, clarity and balance in your life. Meditation is a simple tool that helps to dissipate noise, bringing peace, presence, focus, productivity and empowerment to you! With the insights gained from this workshop and with continued practise, meditation will improve your well-being and help you to live a more fulfilled life.

How will I feel after the workshop?

People usually have a sense of peace and centredness from participating in the meditations, but also feel awakened from spiritually connecting to their consciousness and source energy. You may have realisations or find new priorities moving forward and want to forge a path to embodying the authentic you.

It is suitable for complete beginners and people at all levels of experience with meditation.

• Different approaches and ways to meditate.
• Four live guided meditations in the session, including a special Chakra Balancing meditation that James was divinely guided to write and share.
